At the Andrew Young School, we don’t just study policy—we shape it. Our research, scholarship, and leadership development strengthen communities across Georgia and beyond. With your Georgia State Day support, we can give students a hand — scholarships, transformational experiences, research opportunities and more — as they prepare to become the next generation of changemakers in public policy, social work, criminology, economics and urban studies.

YOU DID IT!

On Georgia State Day 2026, the university asked you to give in support of GSU student opportunity. You answered…and answered in a big, BIG, record-setting way!

Your generous giving helped power Georgia State to a new giving day record — $1.35 million! This topped our previous Georgia State Day high, set just last year.

Georgia State has tremendous momentum, and your support on Georgia State Day 2026 has given the university and its students another BIG boost. You and your fellow donors have provided Panthers with vital resources that will open doors to discovery, choices, and rewarding futures. That’s impact!

On behalf of the university and its students, thank you for investing in Panther futures.  You deserve a BIG hand!
