ARE YOU READY FOR GEORGIA STATE DAY 2022? CLICK HERE!
Our Students Need You

Thank you for your interest in Georgia State Day 2021! We invite you to join Andrew Young School alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends worldwide in supporting our students along their academic paths. Your gift will help advance their careers and the future of public service.

With your donation today, you may choose to help us launch the Social Action Alliance (SAA), a new certificate program through which we are educating the next generation of leaders to produce meaningful impact through public service and continuous civic engagement, regardless of their career choices.

Open this spring to all undergraduate students at the Georgia State and Perimeter campuses, the SAA certificate program was developed in a unique partnership with the Next Generation Service Corps, a national initiative that seeks to strengthen American democracy by encouraging broad participation in public service, diverse leadership and constructive collaborations. The Social Action Alliance will inspire and prepare our students to better serve their communities and the nation.

Specifically, your contribution to the Social Action Alliance will support scholarships to help students earn a certificate in Collective Social Action, which will train future community leaders in advocacy, philanthropy and civic engagement. It will allow us to extend this unique opportunity to more students, reducing their financial burden and improving their access to vital educational resources. It will also significantly increase the number of students able to complete their studies.

Thank you for standing with our supporters around the world by giving to the Andrew Young School on Georgia State Day 2021. Your donation in support of the Social Action Alliance—or any area of the school you’re most passionate about—will help us strengthen programs that make a difference in the lives of students who, like you, are dedicated to making our world a better place for everyone.
