Tackling Educational Disparities with Proactive Supports

Over 55% of Georgia State students are Pell-eligible, and over 70% have unmet financial needs beyond their aid, loans, scholarships, and family contributions. Eliminating achievement gaps by supporting the academic, financial and health and wellness needs of students is the focus of Student Success.

Collectively, the funds below support thousands of students each year by helping them overcome financial barriers, maintain enrollment, and stay on course to graduation. From supporting students in their recovery journey to ensuring students’ basic needs are met, contributing to these funds supports the work we do each day to build the Georgia State University community and ensure that students from all backgrounds experience success.
