The School of Nursing offers five distinct degrees with additional tracks and specialties. The Perimeter campuses offer an associate degree, and the downtown campus offers a bachelor of science with four different options -- a traditional bachelor of science, ACE bachelor of science, transfer track, and R.N. to B.S. Also, the school’s graduate programs offer a master of science, a post-master’s certificate, and doctor of nursing practice, and a Ph.D. Through this, the School of Nursing educates the beginning nurse through doctoral candidate nurse educators and researchers. The school’s mission is to create a premier multicultural learning community that produces leaders, clinicians, scholars and researchers who exemplify nursing excellence and enhance health care delivery in Georgia and beyond.
