The Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange (GILEE) is a professional law enforcement leadership development program that is based on the principle of peer-to-peer on-site experiential training.
GILEE delivers transformative leadership programs that clearly exemplify community policing principles and contribute to more effective and civilized policing locally and around the world.
With stakes to communities and law enforcement being so high, GILEE fully reflects an original imaginative community initiative of:
- Successful efforts of collaborative partnerships within the community;
- A proactive and productive multifaceted partnership of a team of law enforcement and community members whose innovative civic interactions have transformed public safety in their community;
- Active, proactive and productive engagement with the community in a multifaceted manner that has been sustained and evolved over time and has resulted in positive, observable public safety outcomes.

We did it again! With the support of the entire Panther Family, we set many new records this year on Georgia State Day. More than 2,700 gifts generated over $930,000. Donors supported 258 university initiatives and unlocked 54 challenges and matching gift opportunities.
Thousands of Panthers roared to celebrate Georgia State Day. Our fourth annual day of giving has raised more than $823,000 from 2,530 gifts, and we're still counting!
