Evidence-Based Cybersecurity Research Group
Support the Evidence-Based Cybersecurity Research Group and its independent computer network.

The Evidence-Based Cybersecurity Research Group (EBCS) is the trusted advisor in cybersecurity, offering unbiased guidance in evidence gathering, analysis, policy development, prevention and mitigation in an increasingly complicated and ever-evolving technological ecosystem. As a top public research university, Georgia State University is an urban laboratory for faculty and students to explore solutions to issues with global relevance. Our undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students gain cutting-edge field experience through interaction on the dark web with various actors, and computer network maintenance systems, conducting continuous assessments on the best practices in cybersecurity.

With your Georgia State Day donation, you have the opportunity to support our private, independent network.  Donating to the EBCS computer network ensures the perpetuity of our cutting-edge research by providing an avenue to gather empirical data regarding cybersecurity trends through in-field experiments. This network safeguards the Georgia State University computer information systems and network, while also allowing our researchers to interact, engage and study global cybercriminal behavior.

Maintaining the independent EBCS computer network costs $26,000 per year. Contributions directed to the Evidence-Based Cybersecurity Research Group will allow for the continuous independence of our group computer network as we develop an understanding of the interdisciplinary implications in addressing the effectiveness of cybersecurity intervention methods in a modern age.

Thank you for standing with our supporters around the world by giving to the Evidence-Based Cybersecurity Research Group on Georgia State Day.  Your donation in support of the EBCS will help fund our independent computer network as well as help connect public entities and corporations with our scholars and faculty who inspire innovation and creative ideas in the cybersecurity realm.
